Hi Angelica !

Chewie just turned one and he has become a member of our family! We all love him so much. He is so loving, happy, and energetic. In fact, my husband is already thinking about getting another labradoodle at some point in the next couple of years (in which case we would certainly contact you!)

We just wanted to let you know that Chewie was neutered today. We waited a little longer than we normally would have since he had an undescended testicle. You had informed us of this when we purchased him . The testicle never descended, and he required exploratory abdominal surgery to remove it. Surgery went well and he is home recovering !

I attached a picture of Chewie on hist first birthday. Thank you again for everything and maybe we will meet again when we are ready for puppy #2!

Hello, Angelica,

Here is the Spaying Certificate for our little "Winnie" (Kents Hill, Blue Girl Hettermann). Born on 09/08/16 to Sonechka. She had her surgery this morning and is doing well. She has been such a joy to our family and a great companion to our black lab. They make quite the twosome! I hope your family is doing well. Thanks again for providing us with such a sweet girl!

Sincerely,

Patricia Hettermann

Angelica,

We will see you Sunday at 4pm... Emma can't wait! Oh, I forgot to tell you that while I was in the PO here in Portland late morning, I saw an Aussiedoodle. The owner and I talked, and of course she got her from you! Lovely lady. She confirmed this is the right dog for us.

So excited.

Thank you.

*Sorry if this is a duplicate email but I'm having problems with my email so I am re-sending it*

This is Lucy Skywalker. (Her middle name is from Star Wars since she was born on May 4 which is National Star Wars day) She came to us as "Pink Girl", born on May 4, 2016 to Sonya and Mozart. She has the most sweet, lovable and shy personality. She loves peanut butter and hates the car. She is a little peanut only weighing 9lb 8 oz. (She still does not fit in the collar you gave us when we got her!) She is far from the anticipated weight of 17-24 lbs. The vet does not think that she is going to get much bigger...but she is perfect for us. She is a perfect addition to our family and she is so loved!

Thank you for breeding such a healthy wonderful breed.

Hi Angelica,

Merry Xmas! Just a quick update, Its been 5 weeks since we picked up our little Al Pacino (Fiona's white boy). We couldn't be more grateful!

Thank you so much for raising such an adorable, loving puppy. Please feel free to post my testimony for you on the web:

"For anyone who is looking for an Australian labradoodle puppy, Kents Hill is absolutely the right breeder for a quality pup. Before we made our decision to go with Kents Hill, we did months of research and couldn't be more happy with this new member of our family. Kents Hill is very responsible and easily the best breeder in New England area. They run a loving family business and Angelica basically a puppy whisperer! Al Pacino is very cute, healthy, smart and affectionate. He weights 8.5 Ibs at the moment (11weeks) and he learned leash walking in 2 days and we sent him to puppy training class for 2 weeks, he came back even smarter and happier. He barely barks, very well behaved and easily crate trained. Here are some photos of him. You can see how he grows up fast! He has become inseparable part of our family and we can't wait to adopt another puppy from Kents Hill when al Pacino is older :). You can find Al Pacino on Instagram at "Alpupchino" for more photos and updates. "

And Angelica, would you please send me the photos of Al Pacino before he came home with us? (From week 1- week 9, any photos you may still have! - Fiona's white boy)

Thank you! Happy holidays! I'll keep in touch with you and more pics coming in the future! He will soon have his neuter surgery.

Warm regards,

Nathalie Yan

Good morning Angelica,

Thank you again for sending the puppy yesterday and the below information! When we arrived home from the airport the puppy was placed under the tree for the children to discover. We are all over the moon and so excited “Boomer” has joined our family! He had a good night sleep. I will be taking him to the vet tomorrow. Here are a few pictures of us welcoming him to our family.

Thanks!

Hi Angelica,

Attached is a picture of Rosie (Aka Katya's Yellow Girl).

She is amazing, and has changed our life. She is very energetic, and gets along with everyone - dogs and people.

We are interested in getting another dog to give Rosie company and a playmate.

However, with our hectic lives, we would prefer not to have a new puppy that we would need to potty and crate train. We are hoping to get a dog somewhere between ages 1-4 years.

Can you let us know if you have any dogs of this age group, or if you have any suggestions on the best way to get a dog?

Thanks

Jim Weitzman

Dear Angelica:

I wanted to let you know that we had Yoshi neutered yesterday. He is doing very well.

Overall he is a wonderful addition to our family - he is smart, well behaved, and makes all of us so happy. I have also attached a couple of recent photos. Also, for your information he weighs just under 15 lbs, and as you know his birthday is less than a month away - Dec 16.

Thank you again for the wonderful addition to our family.

With kind regards,

Hello Angelica,

I hope you and the family are all doing well. As for me and the family we are doing great. Meant to email you for over a year now but as you are aware working for yourself life is very busy running the home and the bussiness.

Wanted to send you our pictures of the pups. Since the last pictures we have since purchased another puppy from you, Tara's Gold Girl. We named her Gracie Lou. She is so full of energy and she is so loving. Always giving lots of kisses and keeping us laughing all day and every day. It took a while for Spence, Red-Red Boy, to get use to her energy, but they are now and have been for about a year now getting along like brothers and sisters. Just wanted to share most recent pictures with you, so you can see how big they are now. Spence will be 4 years old next Jan 2017 and Gracie will be 3 years old next Feb 2017. Thanks again for bringing joy into our household. Cant imagine our life without them.

Best Regards,

Your friends from Connecticut

Donald, Selene and Liah

P.S Liah is now attending college and she came home saying she misses us, but between you and me she spends more time with the pups than us. So I'm guessing she misses them more lol.

Will send more pictures on a seperate email couldn't attach for some reason with this one.

Hi Angelica,

We thought you'd like to see recent photos of "Bodie" (Jessica's Green Boy 4/15/16). We absolutely LOVE him! He's wonderful, smart, loving and so much fun! One of his favorite things is to run on the beach near our house. Thanks again for such an amazing dog who brings our family so much joy. He's about 19 pounds now at 6 months and is just perfect!

Enjoy the photos!

Hi Alexis:

Here is a recent photo of Einstein, our 2-1/2 year old labradoodle that we got from KentsHill Labradoodles in Maine. His parents were Mozart and Daisy. He weighs about 28 pounds… we keep him slim and very well exercised; he’s with us all of the time… we never board him, but if we go away we give him to one of our kids, because we know he will be treated as family.

All I can say about him is whenever anyone comes into our home… they want to take Einstein with them to their house! He has an incredible disposition, is very smart (hence the name) and he is loving to everyone, which is a problem for us because he goes to anyone and sits in their lap!

Angelica was a delight to work with… She brought him down to our home in Brookline; she spent a goodly amount of time with me, bringing a bed for him, toys, collar and leash, food and a description of “to do’s “ for him for the first few months. She followed up her visit with me with several calls to see how he was aclaimating.

He is the perfect addition to our already large family of 10 grandchildren, who fight over him each time they are here but he remains loyal to us… he is another one of our kids… just with four legs instead of two.

I reccomend Angelica all the time, because she does not run a dog farm, but treats each of her pups as her children. You could not do better than work with her.

Please feel free to email me or call me at 617-232-2832(my office phone number) We live in Brookline,MA and if you are ever in the area, please call me if you want to see him.

Hello Angelica,

Attached please find a copy of the neuter certificate for our puppy, Nina’s Gold Boy, born on 2/20/16.

We have named our puppy Mason, and he is an absolute joy! We love him so much! Neither my husband, nor myself have ever owned a dog, so we are very new to this experience. Mason has been so amazing. He is very well behaved, has responded well to training, and gets along great with other dogs and people. I get so many positive comments from people when we are out in public.

Thank you so much for breeding such wonderful dogs!

Dear Angelica,

Hello! I hope this finds you well and enjoying your summer.

Our beautiful puppy, Hazel, (Nina's pink girl), will be one year old this Friday. She is a wonderful dog and a delight to have in our family: Smart, beautiful, well mannered, gentle, and so sweet! I am so appreciative of her and of you for providing this beautiful animal to us.

At this point, I do have a question for you--I will be doing some traveling at the end of August and I'm looking for a boarding situation that will be healthy for Hazel. I remember that she had a male sibling who lives near us in Newton, MA, but we never exchanged contact information.

I'm wondering if I might be able to get in touch with that family to see if there's a possibility to arrange something mutual in terms of care? Might you still have their information, and, if so, is it possible to have you forward it to me?

Also, I will just ask for your opinion as well, to see if you have any ideas in the Boston area for good overnight care?

Many thanks again!

Sincerely,

Laura

Dear Angelica:

I just wanted to let you know that Yoshi (Valentine Gold Boy) is doing absolutely fantastic. We are all completely in love with him, and he has absolutely become a key part of our family. He is with us always - walks in the woods, visits to the park, and even a walk through the Boston Common and Back Bay. Wherever he goes he is a little prince, and the only problem is that people stop us incessantly to say how cute he is! He has adapted well to sleeping in his crate, and was a star in his obedience classes - he is so smart. He walks perfectly by my side on his leash, and loves to play fetch - it's incredible how fast he is chasing the ball. We couldn't be happier - thank you so much.

We spoke with our vet about having him neutered. She recommends to do the procedure at one year, as apparently there have been studies showing that one year, rather than 6 months, may be better to prevent cancer and also potential joint problems. We agreed to neuter him by 6 months, but would it be OK to wait until he is one year for this reason? Of course we will not breed him - we would only like to wait based on the vet's recommendation.

Again, thank you for providing us with such a wonderful member of our family - because of him every day starts with a smile, and when I get home I'm greeted with kisses and a wagging tail, no matter how hard a day I had.

Kind regards,

Tim

Hi Angelica,

My girlfriend's dad wants to add a labradoodle to their family, and we couldn't recommend you and Kent's Hill enough after such a great experience and ongoing love from our pup, Chelsea (Matroshka's lavender girl, born Jan 28, 2015)! They are looking into Gypsy and Sambo's litter, and were wondering what was still available. They are interested in a chocolate female, and is there any chance for a little discount for the second one? ;)

Hope you and the family are doing well! Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Angelica,

We had a great trip home- Roxie was in Hannah's lap and once in a while would get restless but stayed with Hannah and then got sleepy and so on.... At home, she explored and got and gave lots of kisses and attention. She's not eating her full half cup, but I'm sure she's still adjusting to being here rather than with her mother, sibs, and you! She had 7 visitors here - not all at once - friends of ours - and played with everyone and they all think she's just the best and most beautiful puppy ever.

She's doing beautifully!!!

Thanks Angelica, we love her,

"Gold Boy" Yoshi

Hi Angelica:

I just wanted to let you know that Gold boy, now known as Yoshi, is doing absolutely great. He has settled in well and is off to a great start potty training. I also took him to the vet this moring and he is all set, and will go back in a month for booster shots. The entire family is thrilled with him - thank you so much.

Could you please let us know what the brand of dog food you gave us is? We would like to buy the same one, as he seems to really like it.

Thanks again, and we will keep you posted on Yoshi's progress.

All the best,

Valentine 2016 Gold Boy

Hi Angelica,

Thank you so much for bringing him yesterday. On the way back home in the car, he was crying all the way - but, as soon as he got home he seems very happy and comfortable.

He ate some food and had poo and pee a few times and slept through the night in the crate without whining or an accident!!

We're so happy to see him very comfortable and relaxed with us already!

Tim will take him to the vet tomorrow and he registered the microchip already.

Thank you again for everything - we're VERY happy with him.

Hi!

We hope this message finds you well. Happy new year! Daisy is doing great! She sits in our laps, goes potty outside all the time (still not on the leash, haha), sleeps all night and overall is doing well. We're learning different ways to keep her engaged during the day when she gets bored. Otherwise, she's into the trash and looking to cause trouble! She has the nose of champions, even in the car. She stole my lunch and has eaten Nick's pizza out of the box. We're learning parents!!

Please see some photos of her that are attached.

Take care!

Merry Christmas from Teddy! (Daisy's Red Boy's)

Hi Angelica,

Happy Holidays!!

We have been meaning to write you for months to let you know how great Ziggy is. He was Jessica and Mozart's gold boy born last January. He is the best dog in the world! He's SO adorable - looks like a teddy bear and feels like one too!! He is also extremely smart and easy to train and he has such a sweet temperment. He's very calm and mellow, but loves to play when the time is right. He is so good when we let him out...we have him trained on the invisible fence and he loves to just sit on the deck and watch the world. He will also just sit and stare at our neighbor's dog, but he knows not to cross the grass!

Thank you for such a wonderful dog....he truly is the BEST!!!!

Hi Angelica,

It was great meeting and talking with you yesterday. I am writing to let you know that we have officially named Gold Girl. Her new name is Riley. She seems to be adjusting very well to her new home. She seems relaxed and playful. She is eating and drinking normally. She only cried for a short period last night at bed time like you said. She has peed outside in her spot several times already but she has not yet pooped outside, only inside. That will come. We are using your techniques and like them very much. Thanks again for everything!

Hi Angelica,

The girls saw the vet today. Pink girl (Daisy) has a cyst in her eye, probably from getting scratched by Red girl (Winnie). He prescribed an antibiotic, which should take care of it. We just need to do drops 3x per day and watch it carefully. He will check it again next Tuesday. Everything else was great with the appointment.

They are doing really well, very happy, very sweet. And the boys are so loving and nice with them, playing, helping feed them and take them outside. We are just in love with them and hoping Daisy's eye heals quickly.

Thank you,

Paul,

Hi Angela,

I'm doing well at my new home! I started going potty outside this weekend. I sleep in bed with mom and dad now. I love riding in the car when the heated seat is on. Everyone loves me. I got to hang out with Brandywine on friday. We play very well together! I love it most when people pet me.

Hope you're doing well!

Hello Angelica,

Hi Angelica! This is Sue and Dane Reid's daughter, Kim. My fiance and I would like to inquire about perchasing a dog from you like my parents did. We are not looking for a puppy. We really would like a female a few years old. We are wondering if you have any that you are considering retiring or if you could keep us posted for the future. We look forward to hearing from you! We absolutely love Brandy to pieces! You have blessed my parents so much. We doggy sit as much as possible! She also enjoys spending time at the office where my dad and I work. She loves all the people that come in and watching for chipmunks through the front door glass. Soooo funny! I attached a recent photo for you :) Thank you.

Dear Angelica,

I wanted to bring you up to date on how we are doing with Maya. We love her so much. She is such a joy. The people in my life who know dogs, including my dog trainer, tell me she is something special. It is obvious. Thank you so much for the information you gave me about her personality before I chose her. She is just perfect for us. She is self-assured, very people oriented and clearly smart. She is so friendly that as I pass strangers on the sidewalk her tail starts to wag and she wants to say hello to everyone. You bred a wonderful dog and we are so lucky to have her.

I’ll send you a couple of photos of her from my phone. I also put pics up on my Facebook account.

Best regards,

Hi, Angelica

I just wanted to give you an update on how well we are all doing. Daisy's red boy, now named Teddy, is adjusting very well! He is already sleeping through the night and doing potty outside. I took him to the vet yesterday and they said that you did a wonderful job giving everything that he needs. They couldn't believe how well he has recovered from surgery!

I attached a couple of photos to this email. Feel free to share this on your comments page; I would love to tell others how happy we are and how grateful we are for everything you have done for us!

We love Teddy so much. Thank you for everything. I'll be in touch.

Dear Angelica,

Thank you so very much for the awesome puppy collar and leash. I tried to order from the link you sent me but was unsuccessful.

We are really enjoying our "almost" full grown puppy. People driving their cars stop to ask me where we got our adorable puppy. Everyone in our neighborhood loves Oregano (he's also having a lot of fun with his baby"niece" Maya).

Thank you again for your generosity.

Angelica and Family,

Just a quick update for you—Nina’s Pink Girl (we’ve named her Nina’s Hazel Rose ‘Hazel’) is doing so well in our home. We love her. She is absolutely wonderful. There have been a few potty accidents, but she is learning quickly what the routine is here in Watertown.

She visited the Vet yesterday and all is well. She got another round of shots and was a little sore for a few hours but she has been sleeping well and otherwise is having fun with our Pack;)

Thank you for all you have done to make our adoption/transition smooth.

All the best,

Laura

Hi,

We have had a very positive experience with Angelica and our puppy-now 7 months old. We also have a 12 year old and 10 year old as well as a 7 year old. Jackson "Jax" has fit seamlessly into our household. My husband is allergic to almost all animals and did not want a dog but he has had no reaction to Jax and will readily admit he has been much easier than he anticipated. He hates to admit it but he actually loves him now.

We travel everywhere with him-he is always calm, social and happy. He is smart, eager to please, playful. He house trained in under two weeks with few accidents. He chewed very little-a corner of a rug and his bed. We expected much worse. He does not shed or smell like wet dog.

If there are specific questions I can answer, let me know. I cannot say anything negative about Jax or Angelica. We would absolutely adopt from her again.

We are in Westwood so you are most welcome to come over and meet him. We are around next weekend but leave Aug 24 for vacation through Labor Day. Please feel free to stop by!

Our home number is 781-349-8241.

Be well

Angelica... thought you might want to see what I wrote to Amy Winslow and a recent pix of Einstein, who is our four-legged child!

Begin forwarded message:

I have recommended Angelica often since getting our puppy from her last August. Not only is she a pleasure to work with, she is very thorough, cares about her puppies enormously and her follow-thru is extraordinary. She kept in touch with us for several weeks wanting to know how the puppy was doing .

Einstein, our puppy, has a wonderful disposition. We have 10 grandchildren and all of them want to take him home. Every time someone new comes in, Einstein is so friendly with them, they also want to take him home! He trained easily, is very bright, learns concepts and commands within a week.

The only thing I caution you on with any new pup is that it is a lot of work, and it is best to train the dog well within six months of getting him/her because they learn much quicker in the earlier months.

We had a trainer work with us for a few weeks... her name is Janet Harris: her email is K9kudos@verizon.net and can be reached at 508-655-5366. If you call her, mention my name because she was wonderful to work with and her first consideration is the family.

I do lots of work in Needham, as an architect... and if you would like to meet Einstein, I am willing to bring him to you, or you could come to my home in Brookline to meet him.

Hi Amy,

We loved working with Angelica and adore our new puppy. We received him in April and have enjoyed every minute. Our puppy is our first dog and we also have 2 boys (12 and 15).

Our neighbor has been looking after our puppy while we have been traveling and she loves him so much that she put in an application for a puppy in the fall.

From our first visit to the vet, everyone mentioned the easy going temperament of our puppy (not to mention how cute he is).

Angelica looks after the neutering, shots to date, and will bring your puppy to Boston. She will also help you select a puppy based on personality and fit. Very seamless process. She's always available to answer any questions.

I have attached one of my favorite pictures.

Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions.

Hello Angelica:

I just wanted to give you an update on Bristol. We love her to pieces and she had been a fantastic addition to our family. I think I told you she was diagnosed with a thyroid problem. Since then she has also had a heart murmur, multiple ear, skin and bladder infections. I was able to get her an appointment today to see if they can test for an underlying cause. I just want her to feel 100 percent - it seems like every month it is something.

We also just lost our chocolate lab, who Bristol loved. She is bummed.

I will give you an update on what the vet says. I just thought you should know she is in good hands and we are doing everything we can to get her to her healthiest self.

Once she is settled, I do think she would like to have another dog to pal around with. She loves my mom's Tibetan spaniel. I have looked at the doodle rescue, but have not seen many that are good with kids. If you know of anyone retiring a dog (I would assume male would be better), please let me know. I love the labradoodle breed and would think an older dog would be a better fit for her than a puppy.

We are thinking about adopting a second puppy and would be interested in one from Daisy and Mozart’s upcoming litter. We would like either a cream or apricot puppy and the gender does not matter. Could you please let me know whether we could make this type of reservation?

Thank you. Attaching a picture of Riley.

Hi Angela,

I hope you had a great 4th of July weekend!

We spent the holiday up in York, Maine and watched the fireworks from the deck. Nugget was so good. He started to fall asleep on my lap. He is such a good boy. He is growing fast and very smart.

He is teething right now and I'm finding teeth on the floor:-)

I just wanted to update you on Nuggets neutering. He is scheduled for August 7th.

Remy is very helpful with teaching Nugget. We are so happy with both of them!

Thank you for taking such good care to produce such wonderful puppies.

Here is Nugget after his first bath at the groomers.

Remy went along for support and had his bath too!

This was taken a while ago as Nugget has gotten quite a bit bigger.

Enjoy,

Sincerely,

Diane

Choosing our Australian Labradoodle

This was by far the easiest part!

Here is a little background...Aaron's children Gavin and Madison are allergic to dogs among other things, both also suffer from moderate eczema. When Aaron and I bought our house I had to leave my beloved 11 year old Yellow Lab Terrapin with my parents (they did not mind at all, in fact if asked they would say "over their dead bodies would she be allowed to leave their house") because of the children's allergies. Although I missed having a dog, I put it out of my head, even talked myself out of it stating we were too busy for one, how much of a pain it is to travel with one, etc. Aaron's daughter Madison would ask at least two times a week for a dog, following Gavin's recent allergy testing we found out that he was no longer allergic to dogs, she then started requesting hourly. Madison has said since the day she tested positive for dog allergies that she is not allergic.

Madison and Gavin's Mom Amanda called me within a day of the allergy testing wondering about "hypo-allergenic" dogs for which I had done some research but not a whole lot. We chatted for about an hour looking up different dogs. It was that (Friday August 28,2009) day she first visited Kents Hill Australian Labradoodles she sent a couple pics and decided on the little "Apricot Blue Boy" now named Rugby. He was picked up from the breeder Angelica the follwing Tuesday, Wednesday morning the children called requesting we meet them at the bus stop so we could meet him, I told Aaron on the way over that I would for sure want one after the meeting. I did, instantly want one! After a phone call to Angelica and a return phone call back to me we were on the road to meet the puppies she still had available, in particular the "Black Pink-White Girl". We spent two and a half ours there that afternoon, playing with some of the pups, watching the pups parents, and asking Angelica a hundred or more questions. Then we put down the deposit. Angelica called the Vet and made the sweet girls appointment for her ovariohysterectomy on Thursday we got her later that afternoon.

She has been nothing short of an amazing joy to our family! Tomorrow I will begin the diary of her first days with us!

Days One through Three

Day One- Thursday 9/3/09 3:15 pm. It's time! We meet Angelica at the Topsham McDonalds, I am beyond excited. That morning Bristol had received her ovario-hysterectomy at the Winthrop Vetrinary Hospital. Her being spayed is part of the process, before now I never knew that animals could get spayed so young. She is a bit sleepy when she arrives, Angelica fills us with more information to go along with the e-mails that she previously sent and she is off. We are officially the very proud owners of our Australian Labradoodle Bristol. I kiss her hello and goodbye as I have to leave for work, Aaron brings her home to spend some quality time getting to know her. When I get home we bring her up to my parents to meet them, they fall in love with her instantly! The first night comes and goes with a whole lot of crying and whining because she does not like her kennel. It is pretty much a sleepless night but that is ok.

Day Two- We begin with a morning feeding at 7 am, then outside for a tour of the property. She is definitely clingy but getting pretty playful! After Amanda (Aaron's ex wife and Mother of his children) brings the kiddos to the bus stop she stops by so Rugby (Bristol's brother) and Bristol can see each other again! So darn cute! Bristol spends the rest of her day sleeping and biting (we are grabbing her nose and saying "no mouth".) We spend our day loving her and getting to know her better. I take a trip to Planet Dog for some more toys, I love the Orbee! At about 11pm she is put in her kennel, the whining and crying begins again, it goes on for a long time then she falls asleep for an hour or so.

Day Three- Aaron gets up with her at 12:30am, takes her out so she can relieve herself, then back in the kennel. At 4am I take her out, put her back in the kennel, the whining begins again, I lay down next to the kennel and put my hand on it until she falls asleep, as soon as she does I crawl back into bed, the whining begins AGAIN! Aaron is well, unhappy, he retires to Gavin's bedroom. As soon as he leaves Bristol falls asleep. Ahhhhh!!! At 7:30 am Aaron comes in thinking (because of the silence) that he is going to find Bristol in bed with me. No such luck! This morning we discover slight swelling at the sight of her incision. After her first bath, to get the breeder smell out of her, I get ready for the beach and Aaron heads out on his motorcycle for a bit. We have decided to do an hour in the kennel with no one home. Before heading out I look up spaying on Google to find that with any swelling we should consult the Vet. I do, they say to bring her in. Aaron drives her to the Vet while I go to the beach. Dr Sheridan tells him that it is not a Hernia (thank goodness) it is a seroma. "A seroma is a fluid-filled lump that forms after surgery or tissue trauma. The fluid is clear and straw-colored; plasma seepage from blood vessels. Seromas are not usually painful, and are commonly found in areas of friction and movement after a surgery or injury. Seromas are different than other common fluid-filled lumps such as hematomas (blood-filled) or abscesses (pus-filled infection)." Definition take from- About.com. He is told to put a hot pack on it four times a day. We begin the process. Tonight when we put her in her kennel there is a lot less whining! Will we get some sleep tonight???

Bristol already loves her sticks!

Hello Angelica,

just wanted to let you know how much we love our sweet girl Baxter (Jessica and Mozart's pink girl from the spring litter). She is smart, eager to please, good with our children and has such a funny sense of humor. We get tons of compliments on how pretty and well behaved she is. HI Angelica:

Hope all is going well with you and your family. Just wanted to give you an update on Rosie's White Boy (we named him Boomer and he's certainly living up to the name)!! We absolutely love him and he is so full of personality. He is enrolled in puppy kindergarten and socializes with some of our neighbors pups, although I think he likes humans more than other dogs haha! He loves going for walks and loves sticks that are way too big for him. He doesn't let anybody walk by him on the street without stopping to say hello. I attached a couple pictures for you.

Thanks,

Angelica:

As we were just sitting here on the couch with Tucker, snuggled in with us, we just felt like dropping you a quick note to thank you for providing our family with a true bundle of love and joy. We could not imagine how much his presence in our lives would impact us. He is thriving and doing well and provides so much love to us each and every day. There is not a friend or family member that does not love him and quite often we are told by people that do not have pets that if they knew that they could have a "Tucker", they would get a dog tomorrow. We could not imagine having such a loving, intelligent and well tempered dog. Tucker is the light blue boy from the Brandywine/Chibbi November 19, 2009 litter. We feel blessed to have welcomed him to our family do not know what our lives would be like without him. Thank you once again.

I hope all is well with you and your family.

Hello!

We took advantage of the fabulous weather here in Boston to talk a family stroll and thought we would share a few pics of "Jax"-Jessica's red boy-and our boys together.

Jax is the best! We could not have asked for a better pup. He is always happy, eager to please and so smart. He is the neighborhood rock star as he has begun to walk the boys to school and everyone has to stop and greet him.

He is very social and drinks in all the attention while remaining unbelievably calm. He is house trained and mastered the bell in exactly twelve days. We simply adore him and are looking forward to a great summer together.

Hope all is well with you!

Hi Angelica,

I hope you had a great Easter.

I just wanted to tell you about how wonderful Nugget is doing. You can see him here with Remy's teddy bear that you send him home with 7 years ago. Remy offered it to Nugget to play with one day. They are getting along very nicely. He is attending Puppy Kindergarten that is offered at our vets office on Tuesday Nights. He is interacting with the other puppies - even some of the larger ones. Last night he was instigating play with a much larger puppy. It is so cute to watch.

Did you change your position on removing the dew claws from the front legs? Nugget still has his. I actually prefer him having them. But just wanted to check.

He is eating very well and getting bigger every day. This morning I took him out for a short walk (100 feet) up the street. He did very well walking right beside me.

I forgot about all that biting - nothing out of the ordinary as Chris reminds me how Remy was. Usually the biting starts when he needs a time out. Just like a child who get fussy when tired.

We will be spending some time at York Beach over the Patriots Day holiday. I should have some pictures of Remy and Nugget on the beach to share.

We will keep in touch.

Have a Great Day!

Diane

Hi Angelica,

Rosie's Green girl who we named Brigid is doing great! She is a wonderful puppy, very smart and receptive to training. She has settled in nicely. House training continues to go well as does walking on leash. She comes and sits extremely well; always eager to please. Everyone loves her and she is very social. We took her to our family Easter today with 4 grandchildren under 4 and she was great. We have a large fenced in yard and she loves being outside. She is not a fan of the crate when we are around but accepts it when we leave and at night. A great first 2 weeks. Puppy kindergarten start April 16th! She continues to exceed our expectations.

Thank you for a wonderful puppy. Hope all is well with you and your family.

... Hello!

We live in Burlington, Vermont and our next door neighbors, Tina and Rick Levinson, just became parents to one of your lovely pups. We only met him yesterday...and I have to tell you, my husband and I had our hearts stolen. We lost our 15 year old cock-a -poo, Max, a few months ago. I honestly didn't think I could go through the agony of saying goodbye again.....until I met Ziggy. He just about leapt into my arms, licking my face. And, I fell in love.

H We are very interested in your next spring litter. We would prefer a smaller dog. Twenty pounds or so. We love the apricot color and fur type of Rick & Tina's puppy. He is lovely. So many friends have lovely dogs as pets., but none have stolen our hearts like Ziggy from your brood.

Our home is under construction right now so we are thinking next spring would be prefect timing. Love the thought that our pup and the Levinson's would be able to be friends.

Thank you for your time, Karen Barry

Dear Annika and Family,

Thank you very much for your updates and beautiful picture of Finn. It is too early to brush Blue Boy. If you really want to brush try a soft brush (synthetic or horse hair) a couple times a week, pretending and to help him be comfortable and to be relaxed with it. Also too soon to pull hair from his ear canal and there ears are too small for humane fingers that could cause damage. Vet or groomers, specialists should do this procedure after about 16 weeks of age. The reason dogs or puppies eat cat or dog feces is because it is taste for them. (If he does eat feces you need to have him treated, dewormed, and the cat also. You received Finn completely free from worms.) The cat litter pan needs to be removed or kept clean. Also dispose of his stool as soon as he is done with his business. You may also use a strict verbal command and use the back of your hand to tap his nose and mouth as soon as he attempts to do this.

Thank you very much, have patients, Enjoy the Spring.

Also please feel welcome to contact me by phone 207-514-0792 cell 207-557-0792 and I will be happy to help with any questions you may have.

Best Regards, Angelica Down

Hello Angelica,

Our sweet little puppy is doing great. We named him Finn. Everywhere we go people fall in love with him. Even our vet who sees many fancy well bred dogs. I do have a few quick questions that perhaps you can help us with. We have several books on puppy training but as you are the expert and have had him so long I thought I would reach out to you. He simply hates being brushed or combed and will not tolerate it. Do you have any recommendations on brushes, how often and any tips? When should I start having him groomed? When should I start pulling his ear hairs. I am thinking he will fight it as he refuses to be combed. We have found that he is obsessed with the cat litter. He has eaten it and her poop. It is almost an obsession. We had to remove it from the house. However, the layout of our house does not have any permanent option to removing it. I even caught him trying to eat one of his own poops. So yucky. I appreciate any thoughts you may have.

We are smitten. He is so loving!

Best,

Annika

Hi Angelica,

Nugget is settling in just fine. His first night in his crate wasn't too bad. He cried for about 45 mins. And then he woke up around 1am and I took him out to do his business. And then he cried for 30 mins. Last night he settled right in. He is a smart puppy.

He is not a fan of being separated from us. I have a puppy pen in the kitchen that I used to contain Nugget when I can't have him underfoot. His favorite spot is right under our feet. Oh does he cry when we put him there. I had to adjust its layout twice as he is a Houdini at figuring out how to get around it. He looks so proud as he comes trotting over to us after his escape. He does seem to settle right in though when we leave. We went out for lunch and we put him in his crate. He complained a bit and then laid down and took a nap. He was nice and quiet when we came in.

Remy is adjusting. I'll send you pics with them together once I have one. It is so hard to take a good puppy picture and even tougher when trying to get two in the same shot!

I hope everything went well with the other puppy families and that you had a safe trip home.

Have a great day!

Hi Angelica,

Zoey is a about and year and a half old. She is the best.

Wondering if you could give us the name and email or number of any of her siblings that might be in Maine or New England from her litter?

I’m sure your busy but any info would be great…

I’d love for Zoey to see or meet up with any of her siblings at some point.

Thank you.

Dear Angelica,

It has been three months since we brought gypsies blue boy home and we couldn’t be happier. We named him “ Ray” and he also is called “ Blue Ray” sometimes. Ray is a great family dog who loves to play with our two daughter. He walks with them to school and also picks them up every day. By now, the entire school knows him by name. Ray also loves playing in the snow, chasing balls, and singing when my husband is playing piano.

Ray is a playful and smart dog that is quickly learning how to behave properly. We are also training him to be a D.A.D (Diabetic Alert Dog.) Ray is learning quickly the basic commands, several funny tricks, and how to track and alert me when I have low blood sugar. He is all you promised us to be and more.

I attached to this email a couple of pictures. I will send a video of Ray “singing” soon.

Sincerely,

Mary Medina

Hi Anjelica,

We purchased a puppy from you in October of 2013 (Tara’s Red Boy) and he is just the most wonderful dog. We have been watching the website because we wanted to get him a companion but now that the puppies are finally here it looks like they are all spoken for because the site says you are taking deposits for summer puppies - is that the case? We really wanted another one of Tara’s puppies but the site says she will be retiring. Is that true too?

Thanks,

Kathleen Kapnick

Good morning Angelica.

Please see attached picture of Scarlett. I’m very sorry she isn’t comfortable in our home! (Truth is she has the complete run of the house – every chair, every bed, every couch, every everything – and I think I am annoying Liz as I take so many pictures of our little girl). Yes, I am completely nuts over Scarlett – so is Liz (and vice versa as Scarlett is even crazier about Liz) only she won’t admit it – and words cannot express how much I love her.

Thank you very much and Liz and I will continue to talk about someone we know becoming a guardian family for Kozak.

Love,

Jay

Hi Angelica,

I just wanted to show you how great Bristol is doing. She has been on thyroid medicine and her skin condition improved 100%. She does not need a special diet, although we feed her and our lab grain free, high protein food.

We are still trying to get her ear infections under control. She is comfortable, but has a tough bacterial infection that will not quit. We are sending it out for culture to have a special concoction of antibiotics prescribed to clear it once and for all.

As you can see all her hair grew back!! It gets longer everyday and is starting to gain curls and shine. She is a beautiful, smart, lovable girl. We are so happy to have her part of our family.

Sincerely,

Brandy Alexander

Hello Angelica.

Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. Liz and I have been chatting and we love Scarlet so much that we have determined that we would prefer to put all our love and attention - a lot of attention (happily so) - on her and do but think the time is right for us to consider Kozak.

We would still love to see you (and Stephen) one of these days so please let us know what works best for you.

Scarlett is just so incredible - and adorable - that there's just no room for another dog....now.

Love,

Jay, Liz & Scarlett

Can you tell me more about Kozak? Do you think Scarlett and he would get along? We are wondering whether we should give it a go....two labradoodles in the Levine household???

Please let me know what you think.

Happy Thanksgiving!

FINALLY! I was getting a little worried there for a minute – not really – since I hadn’t heard back from you. Yesterday we flew to our home on Isla Mujeres, Mexico with Scarlett – see a few pictures attached – and she was amazing! Car, plane, 4 hour layover in JFK, another plane, a bus from plane to terminal, taxi to [boat] ferry and then ferry to the island and one last car ride home. She was fabulous and very easy. She IS fabulous and very easy.

I will cal a dear friend or two about Kozak (can you send pictures or are there any on your website?). Wish we could take him. Scarlett LOVES ME AND I ADORE AND LOVE HER BUT is REALLY Liz’s dog! Who knows…it’s possible.

I will get back to you soon and I hope you Stephen and the family – and all your dogs! [humans] - have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU AND SCARLETT!

Love,

Jay, Liz & Scarlett

Hi Angelica.

I attached a recent photo for you :)

Thank you so much!

Hi Angelica.

I thought you might like to hear how our handsome Tucker (Daisy’s and Kozak’s Blue Boy) is doing. Tucker had his second birthday on June 8th of this year, and weighed 36 lbs. at is August visit with his vet. He is strong willed and very intelligent. I have yet to inventory his vocabulary; however, I know it is quite extensive. His personal trainer told me that he doesn’t understand sentences, but I disagree. Tucker is an integral member of our family, and I can’t imagine life without him.

Hi Angelica:

Thought you might like to see Einstein's newest friend(he's a concrete cat that has been on my office floor for 12 years. Einstein found him a few weeks ago.. and is his best friend, at least until I can introduce him to other puppies after he has his final shot on Sept. 4th. We adore him... and he is a handful! He is so smart and very attached to us... so much so that he barks(cries) any time we leave him, which is rarely. I think we are going to have to stop spending so much time with him to get him used to us not being there all of the time. He had grown twice the size he was when we got him... what do you think he'll end up weighing? He seems to be getting very large very quickly. He loves people...and whenever he's with someone new... he loves to play with them. We are going with him to puppy kindergarten.. I think they are more about training us than the puppy... and we hope to learn some tricks about how to get him to stop barking when we are not visible to him. His potty training is going well....... the elevator seems not to be much of a problem... other than me getting up every morning at 5:45AM to take him out.. but that won't be forever! We've given your name to a number of folks here in Boston.... who are looking for another Einstein. They'll be calling you direct to find out when the next litter is available. Next time you're in Boston, if you have time.. stop by and I'll have lunch waiting for you with Einstein and me!

Fondly,
Bobbi

Dear Angelica and family,

Here is a picture of Ernie at 7 months copied up with his best pal Walter. Ernie is the very best. He is so like Gracie but much more likely to get I into mischief! He weighs 20 lbs. now and is a big boy and is the alpha dog in the house. He sleeps with us at night, has been house trained since 3 months and goes into his kennel when asked. He is definitely a Mama's boy and has to be wherever I am. He is wonderful with my grandchildren too.

Thank you so much for giving us this dear little man!

Hi Angelica,

We are in LOVE! We named Gipsy's yellow girl Steeler. She's such a smart dog, and affectionate and easy going too. Your suggestion about the bell is working well. In just a few days she's already used it to signal her need to go out a few times. She's getting used to the crate and can get through the night just fine.

She has her first vet appointment tomorrow. We are so happy with our decision to adopt her.

Hi Angelica,

I am so happy to write you and tell you how in love we are with Daisy (Scarlett's pink pink) born this Valentine's Day. She has been nothing but wonderful. Amazing temperament, obedient, trainable, affectionate, sweet and so cute! We introduce her to so many people and everyone asks about her breed and comments on her disposition. We have some friends (Ezra and Toni Knight) that would like to get a dog from you. I told them I had been wanting to send you a thank you and I would ask about the 2 upcoming litters (Sonya's and Treviatta's) to see what the availability is. They would like a girl. If there is something available I will have them contact you and fill out an application. Attached is a picture of Daisy!

Thank you again for breeding the perfect pet for us!

Hi Angelica,

It was so good to see you on Friday and meet our adorable new boy "Sparky." Bosco just got his haircut, and it's nice to see his eyes. He is acting maternal in looking after the puppy, it's amazing and fun to watch. He shares his toys, bed, food, and most importantly his people without jealousy. Sparky is confident and holds his own with the Bosco, they are very, very good together! He is eating well, sleeping well, eliminating regularly, and sitting on command. Another WONDERFUL puppy!

Enjoy the photos.

DEAR ANGELICA.

HERE IT IS JULY ALREADY AND ZOE IS NOW 4 MONTHS OLD. HARD TO BELIEVE WE HAVE HAD HER ONLY 2 1/2 MO NTHS. IT SEEMS AS IF SHE HAS BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS FAMILY FOREVER. SHE IS VERY SPECIAL AND SO SMART. SHE IS LOOKING MORE AND MORE LIKE A DOODLE EVERY DAY. ONCE SHE LOSES HER PUPPY FUR, I CAN JUST SEE THE CURLS! I TRIED TO TAKE HER FOR A SWIM TODAY BUT NO SUCH LUCK. I WAS HOPING YOU WEER WRONG ABOUT DOODLES NOT LIKING WATER!!!! SHE HAS BEEN DOING A LOT OF SOCIALIZING SINCE WE GOT HER AND IS THE HIT OF EVERYWHERE WE GO. HER FIRST PUPPY CLASS WILL BE NEXT WEEK AND SHE WILL BE TAUGHT BY A TRAINER WHO HAS A GREAT REP AROUND HERE. I AM SURE SHE WILL CATCH ON QUICKLY AS SHE HAS LEARNED A LOT FROM US ALREADY. SHE LOVES HER CRATE AND ADJUSTED TO IT ONLY AFTER THREE NIGHTS WHEN SHE FIRST ARRIVED. SHE DID WHINE AND BARK A BIT THE FIRST TWO NIGHTS. AND, SHE MAKES IT TIL 6 EACH MORNING. WHICH IS GREAT AS WE GO TO BED AT 9! SHE HAS HAD MOST OF HER INNOCULATIONS. MY VET IS CONSERVATIVE AND HAS BEEN SPREADING THEM OUT OVER SEVERAL VISITS. NEXT WEEK SHE GOES FOR HER LIME DISEASE SHOTS. WE WILL ADDRESS HER SPAYING WHEN OUR LAST VISIT-WHICH IS BEGINNING OF APRIL. I WILL LET YOU KNOW. ZOE HAS BEEN THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO US SINCE WE HAD TO PUT OUR GOLDEN DOWN IN DECEMBER. A PERFECT DOG, A PERFECT BREED. WE ARE SO THANKFUL SHE CAME INTO OUR LIVES AND THE BEST TIME WAS WHEN I FOUND YOUR AD ON THE INTERNET!

I JUST KNEW THEN WE WOULD FIND A MATCH FOR US. LOVE THAT DOG!!!!

Hello,

I hope this fines you and your family well.Sorry I have not been in touch. Very busy summer. Here is a few pictures of "green boy" our wonderful Cooper. He is a love. We all have settled in and he is weighting in a 12 pounds, he legs alone are 12" high. He go to a great day care two days a few. It's a very large fence in yard with a pool, which of course Cooper loves. All dogs take a "time out" from 11-1 daily, the rest of the time they are outside. He has made many friends. The other three days he come with me to my office. On the weekend we get to the beach, he loves the water. We have to be off the beach by 8am and cannot go back until after 6pm. The morning is the best time, very few people around. Everyone that means him fall in love with him. We have found a wonderful women that has taken him a few times for us. Last weekend he spent the night and when I called the next morning she did not want to give him back. It's nice to know he is safe. We have been to the coast ,St. George to my sister place and Conway, NH. he travel very well. I promise to keep in touch and send more pictures.

Take care, be well.

Hello Angelica,

Just a quick update on red red boy who we named Spence...we are so happy with spence. He is a very playful puppy...we have had him now for a little over a week. What happiness he brought to our family. We all now spend so much more quality time together with just playing and walking him outside. The first few nights he wine a little at night but after his 3rd night he slept through the night in his crate. He has adopted into the family so well. Took him to see the vet and he was so amazed to see how healthy he is... He loves to ride in the car with me to pick up my daughter from school and to do light errands. Everywhere we go people are so eager to come over and pet Spence. They comment on how beautiful he is.

Just wanted to thank you for bringing so much happiness in our lives. I will send more pictures later and I will keep you updated

Hi Angela,

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that everything is going so well. Bosco has been amazing! He goes "hurry up" reliably outside, is very response to our voices, and sleeps well through the night. Last night was another 10PM - 6AM sleep, which is wonderful! (I put his crate in my bedroom, and he settles right down to sleep.) I bought Taste of the Wild Salmon Puppy formula, but he seems to prefer the bison, so I'm going to get a bag of that today. Thank you for little Bosco, he immediately took to our hearts and is already part of our family.

We'll stay in touch.

Just wanted to say how happy we are to have Darwin as part of our family! He is a special dog (as you know) and will be very loved. Thanks for doing such an excellent job at making him ready for our home. He slept great last night - very few whines. And he and our son, Quincy, have already become best pals.

Hope you made it home safe. Sorry for the confusion yesterday. We will send along more pictures (and possibly questions) in the future.

Hello Angelica,

Just thought I'd update you on Duncan's progress… He seems to be adjusting to the family very well. He's got a few quirks that we're working on. He's doesn't seem to like the stainless steel in my kitchen. Some days he doesn't notice it, then others he's a little jumpy when he sees himself. He doesn't want to eat his food from his dish. It's stainless steal. Not sure how we're going to change this one. Any ideas? I tried a flat plastic plate and a glass bowl. Still timid. He had one bad night… the 3rd night. He whined every hour or so… long night. We kept waking him up the next day, not giving him more then 20 min to sleep. He slept much better last night. It takes patience. He's doing pretty good with his housebreaking. He's had a couple of accidents, but it seems to be more of a learning curve for David and Sarah. They need to learn his indicators. He seems to understand "get busy" for his cue to pee/poop. Keeping it to one particular place seems easy enough now. He's used to that spot. The shaking seems to be a little bit of an issue. Riding in the car, the cat, strange people… all seem to bring on the shakes. I'll be doing some research to see what I can do.

Love the little guy.

I'll keep you posted.

Lucy is doing great! We love her so much already!!

She cries in the crate but we are working on it. She loves the boys and especially Milo. She snuggles up to him. I was wondering what kind of citronella you put on her? Did you just rub some oil or is it a spray?

Thank you so much for this wonderful puppy.

Hi Angelica ,

Our puppy is wonderful! We are very happy with him and he has become a great part of our family. When I was there visiting in January I noticed your grown dogs had curly hair, please tell me what to use so Jagger's coat can be curly . I brush him wet as was suggested but its not as nice as I remember your dogs were.

Thank you Nicola.
05.19.2013

Dear Nicola and Family,

I am so happy you adore Jagger.
Jagger is still young with his puppy coat. Our dogs with the beautiful coats that you saw during your visit have their adult coats. Jagger's puppy coat will gradually be removed during groomings several times before he is one year old. You should take him 3 or 4 times to be groomed and only after he has his full adult coat he will look like his parents that you admired. This will take some time and patients. Enjoy the Spring and Summer and say hello to Christopher and Constantino for us.

Please feel welcome to contact me by phone 207-514-0792 cell 207-557-0792 and I will be happy to help with any questions you may have.

Warm Regards, Angelica Down

Hi Ms. Down,

Hope you had a good trip south. I just wanted to update you on Martin(now Cooper). We just absolutely LOVE him. His is sleeping very well at night and is working on going potty outside. He was great the day we took him to the vet and made out great! He is so affectionate and playful. Just the right combination we were looking for. The kids are absolutely thrilled with him as is anyone who meets him. He is learning to walk on a leash too. We have taken many pictures but not downloaded any yet. I will send you some when I do.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful puppy and great experience!!!!!

JUST WANT TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON ZOE LAVENDER. SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE CUTIE PIE. I JUST BOUGHT HER A HARNESS SO SHE CAN RIDE IN THE CAR EASIER THAN IN A TALL CONTAINER. SHE DID WELL TODAY ON HER FIRST TRIAL IN IT. I TAKE HER EVERYWHERE I GO SO SHE IS SOCIALIZING NICELY. BETTER BEHAVED THAN AT HOME. HER APPETITE IS BETTER AND SHE HAS GROWN FORM 3.7 POUNDS TO 5.6 AS OF YESTERDAY WHEN SHE WENT FOR HER NEXT ROUND OF SHOTS. MY VET LOVES HER, TOO. ONE OF THE FRONT WORKERS HAS A FRIEND WHO HAS PURCHASED THREE DOODLES FROM YOU. HOUSE TRAINING IS A CHALLENGE. SHE DOES VERY WELL MAKING IT THRU THE NIGHT AND PEES AND POOPS WHEN I PUT HER OUT. HOWEVER, SHE STILL HAS ACCIDENTS ESPECIALLY WHEN I DO NOT KEEP AN EYE ON HER. OOPS.... IT DOES TAKE TIME. I AM NOW WORKING ON NOT JUMPING UP TO GET ON THE COUCH AS WELL AS HOUSEBREAKING. I ALSO WORK ON COME AS A COMMAND AND WILL FORMALIZE IT STARTING NEXT WEEK.

ED ,WHO IS NOT THE DOG PERSON I AM , IS TRULY IN LOVE WITH HER. WE DID WELL! I GAVE THE KENNEL NAME AND YOUR NAMES TO DINA, A TELLER, AS SHE NOW WANTS A DOODLE. IT APPEARS SHE MIGHT GIVE KENTS HILL LABRADOODLES INFORMATION TO OTHERS AROUND HER. WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE ZOE IN OUR FAMILY AND OUR FAMILY IS NOW COMPLETE!

THANK YOU FOR RAISING DOODLES! LOIS STRIEWSKI

Hello Angelica,

Just wanted to give you an update on Daisy's Pink Girl. After her first week in her forever home we think she is settling in quite nicely! She answers to her new name, Julie, or Julie Bean as we have nicknamed her. She surprises us everyday with how quickly she is learning things. Fetch is her favorite game, and she has already learned to go to the door when she has to go potty. Everyone who meets her just loves her and she loves them in return. She's been a social butterfly this week as she's been meeting other members and pets in the family. We couldn't be happier with how well she is doing and are so excited about watching her grow up and learn new things! Thank you for a wonderful puppy! We will keep you informed about how she's doing and send some pictures as she gets bigger.

One question we did have was the weights of her mother and father. On the website it just says they are miniatures.

Talk to you soon, Heather and Nick

Hello Angelica,

I am Kristin Medwar, and I bought my labradoodle Daisy 4 years ago in July from you. Recently she was groomed and they cut her beautiful tail hair. How long for this to grow back? She is a sweet, wonderful, and loving part of our family.

Thanks,

Kristin Medwar

Hi Angelica,

Just wanted to update you on how well Ollie, Sveta's "green boy" is doing. He is truly part of the family and fits right into his new home. As of last weekend he is a "graduate" from puppy class, along with his litter sister (adopted by the Ellis family). Every week he and his sister LOVE playing at puppy class. The second they see eachother they are kissing and playing. He enjoys his days playing outside in the sun and snuggling at night. His best friend is my mom's Golden, Colby. They are the best, best of friends. Yesterday he walked around Newburport, MA and he was complimented for his good looks by dozens of people. We just love him so much.

I included some pictures, incase you want any for your website. Of course I think he is the cutest :)

Dear Angelica,

Deb and I can not thank you enough for breeding our amazing pup. He is more than we could have asked. We have some work to do with sleeping, but it has been only two days. He has already taken to the leash. No tugging or pulling, as we move so does he. You said he was intelligent, but we can not believe how quickly he learns. We will send you some new photos in the near future.

Best regards,

Debra and John Carney

Dear Angelica and Family,

Our precious little angel, Lucy, is home and doing wonderfully! On the way home in the car she fell asleep within 5 minutes and clept all the way to CT! I had to wake her and take her to "go potty" which she finally did, after smelling everything in the yard (and decided it was safe).

She looked at the front steps and decided she wasn't going to go up...but when she saw me going up, she followed me right into the house...where she was met by my two Siamese cats! I don't know who was surprised more - Lucy with her tail wagging and her mouth kissing the male cat right on the nose - or her by his reaction not to move! Her smelled her and decided she wasn't a threat, and turned on his heels and strutted away to his room! The female cat just high-tailed it out not wanting to get her "bath of kisses"!

I introduced her to her new home/crate with her bed and toys, and made her dinner that she wolfed down like a starving Marvin! Ate it all, drank her water and then wanted to come out and play. She played for a few minutes and in 20 minutes I took her out for her "after dinner potty" trip which she did promptly...but not before having a small "accident" on the way out. No big deal...she was just excited I think.

While we were outside, her new Daddy came home, and she watched the car and the man coming up the walk...she wagged her tail as soon as he called her by name and went over to him to cover him with kisses. He was done for! It was instant love at first sight, and into the house our new family went for more playing and kisses! My husband, Rob, is totally in love with her, and her loving nature. She settled in on his lap nicely as I went to make dinner. As soon as she saw that Momma was gone, she whined alittle and she came out to the kitchen to explore. That's when the "Royal Photographer of Lucy" went into action, grabbed his camera and started shooting pix of her. I will send them as soon as he dowloads them for me...

Now, for the best part.....I fell asleep on the sofa where she could see me, and with one eye open, Lucy also fell asleep. She woke at 11PM and started "talking", quietly at first and when I didn't respond to her, she got louder! She's got quite a set of lungs on her too. I got up and took her outside for her evening potty trip...she went almost immediately and we came back inside and I put her in her bed. I left music on for her and a nightlite, she cried for a few minutes and drifted off to sleep and didn't wake up until 8AM this morning! What a good little girl! She ate her breakfast and we went out and she did her duty. Came back in and we played for awhile with the cats peaking around the corner and this fuzzy red thing that had invaded their home! I'm sure everything will be fine with her and the cats in the near future. No problem there.

I finally settled in and looked at all of the papers you sent with Stephen. Thank you for being so organized and making everything so easy for me. And, thank you for the Bible too! She is now taking a nap, lying on her back with her feet in the air! How cute is that? Belly fully exposed and doing just fine. I guess she is relaxed and comfortable.

Thank you all again for raising such a delightful, well-mannered little bundle of love! She is already healing my heart and those of the rest of the family. Words cannot explain how she has captured our hearts!

I will send you another email today with the name, phone numbers, and curriculum vitae for Dr. Pless at Mass General Hospital. I spoke about him yesterday with your husband. Perhaps he can be of some help with your son who has vision problems. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pless and his knowledge and caring of his patients...he was wonderful to my best friend who recently became blind due to a genetic defect in her DNA. He could not help her with Leber's Disease, there is nothing that anyone can do at present, but research is ongoing and he is keeping us uptodate. I wish your son all good wishes when he gets to see him, should you decide to make an appointment.

Blessings to you and yours,

Barb Metcalf

Hi Angelica,
Here are some recent pictures of Fergie. She has leveled off at 27 pounds and she is very happy and playful always. She is looking forward to meeting her brother white boy once Tracie and Howie have settled him in. Thanks for being so nice. They are very happy.
And we look forward to seeing you this summer.

Take care,
Paul & Sandy Radochia

Best wishes for the new year. This is not a great picture of Teddy but wanted to share how adorable and wonderful he is.

Hi Angelica...happy 2011 to you and your family as well !!! Lulabelle is such a treasure...joyful, affectionate, bright and the dearest pup we've ever known...she is living a very happy life and, in turn, is making our lives even better !!! Thank you, Angelica...Betsey & Don Wright

Happy New Year!
We wanted to send you an updated picture of Daisy, our little Labradoodle that we purchased from you last spring. She has been a joy to own and we love her very much. She is a very happy little dog with a great personality. We have had several people ask us where we bought her and we have given them your name & address. I would recommend this breed to anyone. She is a great companion to both my husband & I. Sincerely,
Tom & Mary Ann Dexter

Angela,

I hope your family has a blessed year as well!!
Laurie and Annabelle Peach

Angelica, Thank you so much for the Happy New Year message. Our puppy "Blue Boy" born November 16 2009 and now know as Baxter Breen O'Malley is doing just great. He came home to Freehold NJ on January 18th 2010. He now weighs 25 pounds and is a healthy energetic boy. We just love him. Hopefully we will be able to send you some impressive pictures. He has fun playing with other dogs and everyone thinks he is the cutest dog they have ever seen. Best Regards to your. Sally O'Malley

Dear Angelica,
Thanks for the response to my email. We are proud of his strong name, he's the only Kozak that we know! I know that letting Kozak go must have been very difficult for you, since you had taken care of him for a full six months. However, please know that he is happy, healthy, well-exercised, and very much loved at our home.
I am trying to get some pictures together to send to you in honor of Kozak's upcoming birthday. I'll send them as soon as possible.
I see that you have an upcoming litter from Brandywine and Chibbi. Hopefully they will all be as beautiful and gentle as their brother, Kozak! I also see that you still have a link to Kozak's page on your website. I love seeing those puppy pictures when I log on. His puppy-ness is going away, but he is still beautiful and a bit goofy.
    Thanks again,
    James D. Prybyla

      Angelica,
I wanted to touch base and let you know how Kozak is doing with us in Massachusetts. He is the sweetest and most gentle dog, and we are completely enjoying having him living with us. We can't believe his one-year birthday is coming up in less than a month. We never could bring ourselves to change his name, so Kozak it remains. We get a lot of questions about the source of the name, but I must admit that our Ukranian is a bit rusty. You probably know that Kozak's coat and beautiful color consistently get positive comments from complete strangers, and all the neighborhood kids stop and pet him when we are walking him near home. Kozak has been a complete joy to own, and we thank you very much. I'll try and send some up-to-date pictures when I get a chance.
Best regards,
     James D. Prybyla

      Congratulations Angelica!!
Our Teddy is thriving. He is 7 months old today and 19 1/2 lbs. Every time we walk outside New Yorkers stop me to admire him. You would never know that he is from a quiet place in Maine, because he barely blinks at the city sounds of sirens, jackhammers, etc.. He is very affectionate and playful. We love him.
      Amy Engelman NY, NY

      Hi Angelica,
We are doing better here, started to feed Miss Megan Chicken and rice and a little cooked carrot with plain yoghurt yesterday and her tummy seems to have settled down (no more diarrhea). She even slept last night from 1130 straight through til 630! She is a sweetheart and we love her! Thanks for your help on Friday night.
      Hope, Maine

      Hi Angelica!
Let me first start by saying that we are thrilled with Red Boy and he is doing amazing! He is LOVED more than I every thought possible. Truly the best and a wonderful addition to our family. Thanks so very much for everything. Again, I truly appreciated all of the time you spent providing myself and the girls such thorough information and care. Many, many thanks!
      Kristin Ortiz. Topsham, ME

      Hi Angelica-
I wanted to let you know that the puppy we got from you has given us great joy. He is getting bigger now and still much fun to be around. Thanks so much for Oscar (thats his name). He draws a crowd everywhere he goes, but you must know that.

      Angelica,
I wanted to send an email follow-up about Kozak. I think his transition to our non-Ukranian-speaking house is going well. He slept well both nights, with very limited crying when put in the crate (5 minutes maximum), and slept until 6AM in the crate. We're starting to get the hang of his potty needs, and he has been great with the kids. We're making the necessary vet and grooming appointments today. We're very happy with Kozak, and we'll try to give him a very loving home.
      Thanks,
      Jim. MA

      Hi, Angelica.
Just wanted to let you know Trot is doing great! He is so funny and loves the kids! All of my friends have fallen in love with him! He's so easy--potty training is getting better. I just keep him w/ me 24/7. I never asked you... why did you decide not to keep him for breeding? Just curious.
      -Trish. NH

      Hi Angelica,
Kozak's doing really well. We are struggling a bit with the crate. He doesn't like it very much so we are working on making it more inviting for him at night time. A couple of my friends are probably going to call you about the other 2 puppies you have. They fell in love with Kozak!
      Thanks,
      Jim. MA

      Agelica,
I just want you to know we are so enjoying Gresha. I actually ordered a fence for him today. He is ajusting very well and as of yet, we have had no trouble with our allergies. We are looking forward to securing our gaurdianship of this sweet guy. Here is a picture of Zack and Gresha. I am sure it will be just one of many you will recieve. We have just one question. It is about a brush. What kind do you recommend? Thank You
      Dory. Maine

Your puppies are beautiful! Tucker looks so much like his mom.

      Hi Angelica,
It was so nice to meet you last Saturday-Thank you for your hospitality.
We've decided to name Blue Green Boy -"Jack" and every day Paula asks me "when are we going to get our puppy?"
We are unsure of the exact date you are coming to Boston and we'd like to mark it on the calender.
Once again, thank you so much for the time you spent introducing the pups- we enjoyed it immensely.
Look forward to hearing from you and seeing the weekly pictures .
      Sincerely,
      Jeff, Paula and Luke, MA

      Angelica,
We wanted to write to you and say thank you again for allowing us to adopt Cyrus (green boy). He's adjusting WONDERFULLY and we are all having a great time with him. I am attaching one photo of Jacob and the puppy - we'll send another in a few months when he looks older.
      Best,
      Karen, Jeremy, Jacob and Eli

      Angelica,
Congratulations to Kents Hill on another adorable litter.
I have sent your puppies link to a few families who have met Katya and think she is wonderful in terms of temperament and appearance; I hope that they decide to contact you.
We are very happy. Katya is a great member of our family (we decided to keep her name!). She loves long walks and hikes and is getting used to being my running partner. She is so well behaved and loves the children -- she knows now to wait for them at the stairs in the morning. Very smart girl indeed! She loves to go with us to soccer and baseball games and meet people. She has made a real dog friend in our neighborhood and loves to go to Stanley the border collies house for some running and ball chasing in the backyard. Whenever we walk her people stop to ask us what kind of dog she is and remark at how calm she is for a puppy and how good looking she is.
I am sending along a picture of Katya and our Isabelle. They have become very good friends. Katya has a new summer puppy cut since the weather is getting warmer.
All the best and good luck with your puppies!
      Regards,
      Cait, NH

      Hello,
Joe's been a great addition to our family. Great personality, quick learner, and excellent companion for the kids! Plus, another bonus is he's already house broken!!
He's really helped us deal with the loss of our other dog.
      Thanks Again,
      The Bland Family

      Hi Steve and Angelica,
We love our puppy and have named him Bayley. He certainly fits in well with our household and my German Shepherd has welcomed him. Upon arriving home we could really tell how well cared for this little guy was with you two raising him his first ten weeks. I am also surprised at how mellow he has been so far and well-mannered, mostly!
Thank you, it was a pleasure meeting your family,
      Cara and Anthony Ragucci

      Angelica,
Lucy (formerly rainbow) is doing great. We are scheduled to have her spayed on Monday, after which I'll send you her records. We love her! She is smart, obedient and very gentle for such a big pup.
      Mike

      Hi,
I am writing an update for you. We picked up our puppy on 7/7/07. On the way home to Ellsworth, I gave him the name "Charlie". He is such a love! He had his first vet appointment today and he is doing well. We are working on crate training and toileting. We are going to our first puppy class tonight. We have lots of pictures and I will send some soon.
My vet said there are two other puppies from your litters around here because she has seen them. Maybe sometime we'll all meet up. I left a message on your phone so this note is really a repeat.
      Thanks again.
      Linda Shea & Charlie

      Hello!
